Shipping & Returns
For return shipping costs, if you are exchanging a purchase because of its size, colour or just an unwanted item then the shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
If your return is because the product purchased was faulty, damaged or incorrect then we will be more than happy to accept. All you have to do is simply pay for the shipping costs at your end and then we will pay you back via your nominated credit card.
Items must be returned 12 days from delivery. No items received beyond 12 days from delivery will be accepted.
Returned items must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of identity.
